First healthcare hackathon in Cologne ended on Sunday
One year of preparation and two and a half days for the team to work on real-world healthcare challenges: That has been innovate.healthcare, the first healthcare hackathon in Cologne.
On Sunday, the seven teams presented their results of their work in front of a jury in the rooms of the Cologne Chamber of Commerce. The jury awarded prizes for three categories:
Most patient centric idea
Better clinical decision making. Team lead by Jan Stratbücker.
Most creative idea
Data donation in a medical setting. Team lead by Mark Kibanov.
Best business model
Patient centric hospital discharge. Team lead by Maximilian Proppert.
Additionally, we let the audience vote for their favorite team and awarded the
Audience Prize
Earlier Identification of Late Presenters HIV. Team lead by Martin Mengel.
